Client Service Specialist

The Client Service Specialist provides administrative and client service support to the Financial Advisor, assisting the advisor on building client relationships and delivering exceptional service. The Client Service Specialist is responsible for support and coordination of all activities related to client service, processing of paperwork and coordination of day-to-day business activities.

Primary responsibilities include:
• Interact with clients via phone and in person
• Process client requests and answer client inquiries in a timely manner
• Prepare reports and portfolio review materials for client meetings
• Prepare and process client paperwork
• Collect appropriate documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• Work closely with the team in an open, honest and professional manner
• Accurately maintain and update client data utilizing CRM software system

Qualifications include:
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Associates degree or relevant industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience handling client concerns with high quality service standards
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
